"Didn’t get much help with my form"
I went in hoping to get some decent guidance on my exercise form, but it felt minimal. There were a few moves where I genuinely wasn’t sure if I was doing them correctly, and no one really stepped in to help or correct me.
That bothered me because, in a workout setting, paying attention to safe technique should be a basic responsibility. It doesn’t feel right to let people keep going when they might be doing something in a way that could lead to injury.
I left feeling frustrated and not very confident about what I had just done. I don’t expect constant hand-holding, but I do think a place like this should care more about making sure people are moving safely.
"I was expecting more one-on-one coaching, but the..."
I was expecting more one-on-one coaching, but the session felt general. I didnt really get much feedback on my form or how to work toward my goals, so I kinda felt lost most of the time. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it just wasn’t really worth it...
"Not really beginner-friendly"
I signed up for Body Fit Training thinking it might be a good way to ease into working out, but it felt intense right from the first class. I was pretty much starting from zero, and it didn’t feel like there was much room for that.
The coach was nice enough, but I didn’t get a lot of help with my form or what to do when I couldn’t keep up. I also got transferred around when I tried asking a few basic questions beforehand, which was frustrating because I just wanted a straight answer on whether the class was beginner-friendly.
Everyone else seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and I just felt lost and kind of embarrassed. Maybe it’s great if you’re already fit, but it wasn’t the supportive start I was hoping for.

"Am I missing something, or are the..."
Am I missing something, or are the class times just kind of hard to work with? I kept ending up missing classes because the schedule never really fit my week, and booking felt more annoying than it needed to be. It just wasn’t very convenient for me.
"The equipment felt way more worn out than I expected?!"
I was kind of surprised by how rough some of the equipment felt?! A few machines seemed old and didn’t move very smoothly, and some of the handles and grips looked beat up. For what they’re charging, I really expected the gear to be in better shape. It definitely made me hesitate about going back.

"Didn’t see much change, and support felt generic"
I stuck with it for a while and really tried to give it a fair shot, but I didn’t notice much improvement. The workouts were definitely challenging, so it wasn’t like I wasn’t putting in effort, but my fitness level and results felt basically the same. I also reached out to support at one point and got what felt like a copy-paste reply, which was frustrating. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the cost.
"Felt a bit out of place"
I went to Body Fit Training because I’d been wanting to get back into a routine, especially after spending way too much time sitting at my desk lately, and I was hoping it would have that friendly, welcoming gym vibe. But it just didn’t really feel that way to me. A lot of people already seemed to know each other and were kind of in their own little groups, so as someone new, I felt awkward and left out. The staff were fine, not rude or anything, but they didn’t really go out of their way to make me feel settled or included. Maybe it’s great once you’ve been going for a while, but for a first visit, I left feeling uncomfortable and not very excited about going back

"Feels overpriced for the experience"
I’ve taken a few classes here and they’re fine, but the price feels a bit much for what you get. The training isn’t bad or anything, I just expected more for the cost. Compared to a couple other gyms near me, it feels like...

"Not gonna lie, I joined Body Fit..."
Not gonna lie, I joined Body Fit Training thinking it would help me stay consistent and motivated, but it just didn’t really click for me. After a few weeks, the classes started to feel repetitive, and once I began missing sessions, no one really reached out or checked in.
Maybe it’s a great fit for other people, but I ended up feeling like I was just another number. For what it costs, I expected a bit more support, encouragement, and personal attention.

"Didn't really do much for me"
I gave it a fair try, but it just didn’t do a whole lot for me. The workouts felt kind of busy and like I was doing plenty, but I barely noticed any real results

"The trainers were okay overall. A few were..."
The trainers were okay overall. A few were really helpful and seemed to know their stuff, but others weren’t nearly as good. What annoyed me most was getting different answers depending on who I asked, which made it hard to know what was actually right. Not a terrible experience, just not amazing either.

"Overall, it’s been fine, but I do..."
Overall, it’s been fine, but I do wish there were a little more variety in the classes. It feels like the same ones are offered every week, so it can get a bit repetitive after a while.

"Didn’t feel very clean"
The place just didn’t feel that clean when I visited. The floors looked a bit dirty, the bins were full, and the bathroom looked like it needed some attention... so yeah, it kind of put me off coming back.

"Booking app is more of a hassle than it should be"
I actually really like the classes, which is why the app gets on my nerves so much. Trying to book should be simple, but it randomly freezes, and there have been a couple times where I was sure I booked a spot and then it just didn’t show up. Kind of makes you wonder how closely they’re keeping an eye on the app side of things.
Cancelling or switching a class isn’t much better either, it feels clunky for no real reason. For a paid gym, I expected the booking process to be smoother. It’s not the worst app ever, but it’s annoying enough that it takes away from the overall experience.

"I actually liked the workouts, but trying..."
I actually liked the workouts, but trying to cancel was such a hassle. It wasn’t clear on the website at all, and I ended up having to send messages back and forth just to get a simple answer. it felt like extra work I shouldn’t have had to do.
Signing up was easy, of course, but leaving was a different story. I was still confused about the dates and whether I was going to get charged again, which made the whole thing really frustrating. Not a great experience in the end

"Staff made it Hard to get answers"
I had a few simple questions and it felt like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. replies were slow and kind of blunt, and once I’d signed up it felt like nobody really cared anymore. Frustrating overall.

"I tried to make changes to my membership..."
I tried to make changes to my membership, but it wasn’t as flexible as I expected. The whole process felt a bit pushy, like I was being pressured to keep things the way they were instead of being helped with what I actually needed.

"Programming section feels a bit scattered"
I’m not totally sure if it was just me, but the programming part felt kind of all over the place. It didn’t seem very well structured, and I had a hard time following how everything was organized.

"Good workouts, but the injury support felt vague"
I liked the classes at first. The energy was good and the coaches were friendly, but the whole injury prevention side felt kind of lacking. They talk a lot about keeping things safe and “listening to your body,” but when the room got busy, form checks seemed to fall off. I ended up tweaking my shoulder and expected someone to follow up or give clearer guidance, but it was mostly just vague promises about being careful next time. Good vibe overall, but I was hoping for a lot more actual support around safety.
